Social Responsibility and Sustainability

Our ability to link employers with skilled candidates and temporary workers with roles that suit them gives us great delight, but our social obligation does not stop there.

Reboot tries improve the communities we work and play in by focusing our efforts on education and career enrichment. As a natural extension of our business, we believe that helping people develop their inherent skills and gifts, leads to better outcomes, not only in their careers but their lives. Michelle Keir have been invited and volunteered to talk at Youth Empowerment Seminars and School Career Days and as an extension of this, Radio Pulpit have also invited us to talk on various topics for their audience.

However, dearest to our hearts are our little children!

We have chosen several “Homes of Safety”, to which we give our LOVE, time and support as often as possible. We create "Magical Moments" & "Extra-ordinary Days" for abandoned, abused, disadvantaged, neglected, orphaned, underprivileged and vulnerable children of all cultures, colours, race and religions - "Our Rainbow Children".

We also support the homes dedicated to the care of these precious children.

Reboot with passion.

Our commitment to creating meaningful employment and fostering sustainable communities includes offering employees eight hours of volunteer time each month to support the charity of their choice.

Our CO2 footprint

We are a "people" firm, so we have much less of an influence on the environment than other sectors.

Due to the availability of virtual meeting technology, we now have the capability to conduct meetings and conferences remotely, without the need for physical presence. This advancement has several positive impacts, one of which is a reduction in the need for travel. By opting for virtual meetings, we can significantly limit the frequency of business trips and commutes, thereby leading to a reduction in carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions.

Travel, especially by air and road, contributes a substantial amount of greenhouse gases to the atmosphere, primarily in the form of CO2. By embracing virtual meetings, we can curtail the necessity for long-distance travel, resulting in less fuel consumption and subsequently lower emissions. This contributes to the global effort to combat climate change by minimizing our carbon footprint.

In essence, the adoption of virtual meetings offers a practical and effective way to mitigate environmental impact while maintaining communication and collaboration. By choosing this approach, we are actively taking steps towards a more sustainable future by reducing our CO2 emissions and lessening our overall ecological footprint.
